Yes, you can. Theoretically, by skipping placebo tablets and using the active tablets from the new package immediately, you should avoid withdrawal bleeding. In practice, however, it may happen that a slight spotting during the use of a new blister will appear anyway. However, it should be much less intense than typical bleeding.
