I am currently taking Xarelto 15 (calf thrombosis). Which of the over-the-counter cold and fever remedies can I take (up to 3 days) to reduce symptoms. In the leaflets for Scorbolamide, Rutinoscorbin and Paracetamol, I read that they interact with anticoagulants.

Among the listed drugs, you can take Paracetamol, which has an analgesic and antipyretic effect, and Rutinoscorbin. Scorbolamide contains salicylamide, which has anti-inflammatory effects - it may not be recommended for use during treatment with Xarelto. During upper respiratory tract infections, it is worth using inhalations (e.g. with steam and essential oils) and natural rinses for sore throats. I leave the leaflet of Xarelto: https://gdziepolek.blob.core.windows.net/product-documents/doc174507/xarelto-ulotka.pdf
