How to change Regulon tablets to Slinda?

I change Regulon tablets to Slinda. Should you take a break for a period or take the first slinda right after the last active regulon tablet? When changing to other tablets, is the protection maintained or do you have to use condoms for the first blister?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Slinda, "The patient should preferably start taking Slinda the day following the last active tablet (the last tablet containing the active substances) of the combined oral contraceptive product used so far. The patient may also start taking Slinda no later than the day following the end of the usual interruption of the pills, in which case it is recommended to use an additional mechanical contraceptive method for the first 7 days of taking the pills." If the lesion occurs without taking a break, contraceptive protection is maintained, if a break is taken, a condom should be used during the first 7 days of using Slinda. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101505/slinda-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/251344 I enclose materials that may be useful when using hormonal contraception: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
