Is there anything to worry about if withdrawal bleeding resembles regular menstruation?

I take vibin mini tablets I got the first time bleeding from withdrawal and I am worried about abdominal and back pain as with ordinary menstruation, it is quite large, more brown and accompanied by larger clots. I got them at the second tablet and the day before I had a small spotting, I took the tablets regularly I did not miss any. Is there anything to worry about in this situation?

Withdrawal bleeding is indeed not physiological menstruation, but bleeding induced artificially by a decrease in hormone levels during the break. However, the very mechanism of this bleeding is the same as with menstruation - the endometrium exfoliates. In most cases, withdrawal bleeding is - compared to menstruation - more stingy and less painful. However, this is not the rule. A possible common side effect of Vibin Mini tablets (it affects less than 1 in 10 people) is painful or irregular menstruation. Uncommon side effects (affect up to 1 in 100 people) include very heavy menstruation, lower abdominal pain. I can provide such information from a pharmaceutical point of view, but if you are concerned about pain, bleeding intensity or clots, you need to contact a gynecologist.
