If more than 12 hours have passed since the planned intake, you should then take the last missed tablet, as soon as you remember about it, even if it means taking 2 tablets at the same time. You should then continue taking the tablets at the usual time. At the same time, we additionally use a mechanical method of contraception, e.g. a condom for 7 days.
