Hello, I am in the process of taking Vibin contraceptive pills (this is my first week of taking after about 4 months break). Usually he gets a period after 2-3 days of placebo tablets, while it is already the 4th day and bleeding is not a trace. I have been on holiday in Italy for a week. Can such climate change affect the delay of bleeding? Should I be afraid, because just before leaving I lost my childhood but there was no ejaculation in me. Please advise on this matter

Unfortunately, I do not fully understand your post, because you wrote that this is the "first week of admission", and then that you are waiting for withdrawal bleeding during placebo days, which indicates that you are at the end of the blister. You may mean that this is your first blister after a break from Vibin. If you started this blister correctly and you are still taking the preparation correctly and systematically, you have not experienced digestive problems, or you have not taken drugs that interfere with the action of tablets, then the risk of pregnancy is low. During the 7 days when white placebo tablets are used (placebo days), bleeding (so-called withdrawal bleeding) should occur. This bleeding usually starts on the 2nd or 3rd day after taking the last yellow vibin tablet containing the active substances. Sometimes, however, it may occur later. It is also possible that bleeding does not occur at all, despite the lack of pregnancy. Such an effect may be directly related to the action of hormones and sometimes it is not known exactly why it occurs at a given moment. You can meet with opinions that stress or travel can have an impact - I would not assign them so much importance. According to the leaflet of Vibin: "If all the yellow tablets containing the active substances have been taken correctly, have not vomited or increased diarrhoea and have not been taken any other medicines, it is very unlikely that pregnancy will occur. If the expected bleeding does not occur twice consecutively, it may mean that you are pregnant. Contact your doctor immediately. Do not start the next blister until you are sure that you are not pregnant." If you are concerned, you can, of course, simply take a pregnancy test. The fact of being a virgin does not affect the reduction or increase of the risk of pregnancy from a given intercourse. The lack of ejaculation in the vagina reduces the overall risk of conception, although - as I mentioned - with properly used tablets it is very low.
