Can I use the 2 Be Slim supplement with the Nuva Ring?

Hello, when using the NuvaRing contraceptive disc can I take a dietary supplement 2 Be Slim? I wonder because the supplement contains chromium. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Yes, you can take 2 Be Slim while using Nuva Ring. Chromium may impair the absorption of contraceptive pills, but it does not affect the functioning of the disc - in the case of the disc, the absorption stage in the gastrointestinal tract is omitted - i.e. there is no risk of interaction at this level of absorption.
