Is the start of taking the Drovelis placebo pills the day before contraceptive protection preserved?

Take Drovelis tablets regularly at the same time (22). Yesterday after I took a tablet at a fixed hour, half an hour after taking (22:30) vomiting occurred so I took another tablet from the blister. If I shorten the blister for 23 tablets (instead of 24 because I took two in one day) and then take placebo tablets, will the effectiveness and protection be the same? (I took Monday and Tuesday pills)

If you start taking placebo pills the day before, contraceptive protection is preserved ("skipping" the last active pill - pink). Please note that the next pack will have to be started the day before usual (in this case, on Monday).
