Can I change tablets from Vines to Atywia Daily without consulting a gynecologist?

Good morning, I am 21 years old, I have been taking birth control pills for 3 years. At first it was atywia daily, then Slinda for a short period and for a year and a half I have been taking Vines. Since I started taking Vines I gained 15kg and I can not get off the weight no matter what I do, and with the ativ I did not have such problems. Can I start taking atywie again without consulting a gynecologist? I care about taking pills, I run out of blister and I have a visit only in a month

Since birth control pills are only available on prescription, their use must be decided by the doctor. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your gynecologist, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja If you have previously used Atywia Daily tablets and you have a blister with a good expiration date, you can switch from Vines to Atywia Daily after 24 Vines tablets (after the last yellow) or immediately after the last green (placebo) - that is, when you would normally start a new pack of Vines. Then the protection will be preserved.
