Does the use of 20 mg of fluoxetine, 15 mg of aripyrazole and 300 mg of wellbutrin have any harmful effects on health? I know that apparently you can combine all these drugs, but in appropriate doses, can such a dosage be allowed by a doctor and what would happen if you increase fluoxetine to 60 mg in this combination?

As you noted, the dosage is decided by the attending physician. The dosage is selected individually for a given disease and the current clinical condition of the patient, so in your case it should be determined by the doctor. It is difficult to propose a specific dosage regimen based on such a short description. I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your state of health. There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. The combined use of these drugs may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity during the use of the combination. These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. Parallel use of bupropion (here: Velbutrin), aripiprazole and fluoxetine may increase the effect of each of the drugs. Cases of delirium, mania, seizures and psychosis have been reported during concomitant or sequential administration of fluoxetine and bupropion due to an increase in serum concentrations and/or a cumulative effect lowering the seizure threshold. If you experience headaches and dizziness, anxiety, increased drowsiness or insomnia, feeling weak, agitated, euphoria, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bothersome dryness of the oral mucosa, taste disturbance, increased sweating, visual disturbances, convulsions or other disturbing symptoms - you should contact your doctor. Fluoxetine may inhibit the metabolism of aripiprazole leading to an increase in serum concentration and increased toxicity. The study showed a 44% increase in serum aripiprazole concentration with parallel use of fluoxetine. In addition, cases of neuroleptic malignant syndrome, hypomania and a seizure of forced looking with rotation of the eyeballs have been reported. If you experience restlessness, muscle tremors, difficulty in making movements, accelerated heartbeat, dizziness, fainting, convulsions, high fever, hallucinations or other disturbing symptoms - you should contact your doctor.
