Should I use extra protection if I vomited 2.5 hours after taking a Drosfemine tablet?

I have a question because I always take drosfeminne at 20 pm, but yesterday around 22:30 I vomited. Could this pill have been absorbed? Theoretically, it writes 2-3h should absorb but I'm not sure. The ambulance took me and I didn't take the medicine with me. I didn't take an extra pill until after 8am today. In this case, do you need to protect yourself with another form for a week?
