Since both drugs contain a substance from the progestin group (Kyleena - levonorgestrel, Dionelle - dienogest), combining the tablet and the hormonal IUD significantly increases the risk of side effects, including thrombosis - which does not occur when using the IUD itself. If it is necessary to use Dionelle tablets, it may be worth discussing with the gynecologist the legitimacy of pulling out the IUD, since you will already be protected with Dionelle tablets.
