Does tryptophan weaken the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Good morning, I would like to know if the protein supplement with the following composition reduces the effectiveness of contraceptive pills (in my case Novynette). Protein supplement - pea protein isolate, cocoa powder, rice protein concentrate, natural aroma, sea salt, anti-caking agent - calcium phosphates, sweeteners - steviol glycosides, sucralose. First of all, I mean tryptophan, which is in this conditioner. Regards M.G.

It has not been proven in scientific studies that tryptophan and other components of the indicated protein nutrient can reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. In my opinion, there are no contraindications to its use when taking Novynette contraceptive pills.
