If I took the Orlifique pill from an additional blister, is contraceptive protection maintained?

Will taking the last active tablet from the additional package (because the tablet from the current blister fell out and I lost it) reduce the effectiveness? In order for the protection to be preserved, do all tablets have to be taken from the same blister or does it not matter?
