Is contraceptive protection maintained if vomiting and diarrhoea occur 4.5 hours after taking the pill?

Good morning, yesterday around 8 p.m. I took a vines pill, but at 24:30 I started vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted all night, I was not sure if everything would really absorb as it should, so I took another vines tablet today about 11, and now another, as if treating this poerwsz as omitted, do I have to worry about pregnancies in this case?
