Can I combine Zoloft and Welbox?

Good morning. I have been taking Zoloft for several months. At the last consultation, I told the doctor that I felt a clear decrease in libido. He prescribed me Welbox. However, I read in the leaflet that this drug should not be combined with other antidepressants. Can Zoloft and Welbox be combined?

SSRIs (e.g. Zoloft) may be used together with Welbox, but under close medical supervision and with careful adherence to the dosage rules. Cases of serotonin syndrome have been reported during the concomitant use of such drugs, so if any disturbing symptoms are observed, you should seek medical attention immediately.
