My lower abdomen hurts and I bleed slightly, does this mean that the EllaOne tablet worked?

Intercourse intermittent 10.05 (just fell out fertile days), but before ovulation, 11.05 at 11:00 I took ellaone, today 13.05 my lower abdomen hurts and I bleed slightly, did the pill work? Ovulation falls to me today, which is 13.05. I will add that the partner did not get inside me, and it happened only once.

Abdominal pain and mid-cycle spotting may be an adverse reaction of the tablet, but this does not allow to assess whether it will work or not. Ellaone inhibits or postpones ovulation. Quickly adopted, it is an effective method of preventing pregnancy in emergency situations. However, this method is not 100% certain. Intercourse not ending in ejaculation in the vagina is not considered a good contraceptive method, however, the probability of getting pregnant is reduced than if ejaculation occurred in the genital tract.
