Good morning Can age (44 years), ovarian dermadoid cyst and uterine fibroids reduce the risk of pregnancy? If you use Vibin contraceptive pills correctly and systematically, the risk of pregnancy is already negligible. With age, natural fertility decreases, which means that getting pregnant is more difficult. Above the age of 40, the so-called "ovarian reserve" is already small. Uterine fibroids or pathological changes in the ovaries can make it difficult to get pregnant, but it is very difficult to draw conclusions in an individual case.
