Is it possible that I have only 1 pack of medicine left to buy from my annual prescription?

Hello. Since September 2021, I have been implementing an annual prescription for "Slinda". I bought the first package before the end of the month. Today the pharmacist told me that I had 1 pack left to buy, but I bought 1 pack of 28 tablets every month. Could there have been a mistake? I should have more packages left to buy, not just one.

This is how it will be most sensibly - pharmacists have a preview of the implementation of the e-prescription, the number of packages purchased during visits and the dates of these visits to the pharmacy - this will make it easier for you to understand and explain the situation. Best regards.

On the prescription I have 12 packages of 28 tablets written. The date of prescription fulfillment is September 1, 2022. I have receipts from the pharmacy, and I always bought 1 pack of 28 tablets once a month. Again, I will go to the pharmacy and explain this situation.

There may be several reasons. First of all - perhaps less than 12 packages were written on the prescription. Secondly - perhaps you have bought a triple package, more affordable. To clarify the situation, you should ask the pharmacist for exact data on the dates of buying the drug and the amount you were taking at that time - this should solve the situation.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
