Can I join Mydocalm with Pregabalin and Fentanyl?

My mother currently suffers from very severe pain in the lumbar spine, takes according to the order Pregabalin 2x1 in the lowest dose, in addition, she has 2 Fentanyl MX patches glued also in the lowest doses, will the additional mydocalm 50 for potency enter into any reactions with these drugs? Thank you in advance for your reply!

If the pain does not go away, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps it would be more appropriate, for example, to increase the dose of Pregabalin. However, there are no absolute contraindications to the addition of Mydocalm if Pregabalin and Fentanyl are used.
