How to switch from one-component to two-component tablets?
Yesterday I finished the 3rd pack of Limetic (a 1-component drug with progestin). I needed to change to another preparation due to weight gain, headaches and other side effects. Qlaira was prescribed to me. When should I start taking it? The leaflet of the drug does not clearly specify this..

You can start using Qlaira contraceptive pills the next day after you stop using Limetic pills. For the first 9 days, however, it is recommended to use an additional mechanical method of contraception (most often a condom).
