Can the use of Tetralysal weaken the effectiveness of Vines contraceptive pills?

Hello. For a month and a half, he has been using tetralysal. A week ago I went to the gynecologist for birth control pills, I received Vines. Can taking a higher udder antibiotic (tetralysal) for acne weaken the effect of birth control pills (Vines)?

To @Ania: If it is 2 weeks since you used the antibiotic - the protection will already be maintained from the first tablet of Vines.

I did not mention that I did not finish the second package of Tetralysal, I stopped using it a week ago being in the middle of the package that there was a kind of stomach pain. And I start using Vines tablets at the end of next week during the first day of the period and the question is whether then there will be no need for additional protection if 2 weeks have passed since taking Tetralysal

Yes, the use of Tetralysal significantly weakens the effect of Vines contraceptive pills. Protection may be reduced and there is a risk of pregnancy. Therefore, during antibiotic therapy and for 7 days after the end of Tetralysal use, an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom should be used.
