Hello, an hour before taking the Belara tablet I got diarrhea, which made me in the toilet 3 times. So did it reduce the effectiveness of the pills?

If diarrhea occurred before, and not after taking hormonal contraception (up to 3-4 hours from the moment of swallowing the tablet), you have no reason to worry - the effectiveness will be preserved. If the diarrhea still took place after taking the tablet - then you should take another dose.
