Should I stop taking medication completely?

Hi I first took pregabalin 75 mg for several months and for this asertin but I had to stop asertin because of him I had side effects doctor increased my dose of pregabalin, up to 150 mg twice a day but unfortunately after a month of time I do not see any effects I still have symptoms of neurosis and nerves. I am in the process of weaning pregabalin I have prescribed cital . I have a question whether to continue treatment and buy cital or completely stop taking medication if they do not work for me?

Do not stop any medication on your own and without medical consultation. If the previously used treatment was not successful, in my opinion it is worth trying to implement the drugs prescribed by the doctor, because they contain another substance that can help in the fight against the health problem.
