He takes Atyvia tablets. My fixed hour is 18, if 3 days in a row I took it later, i.e. around 22, then the effectiveness was preserved? I know that you can be late up to 12 hours and the effectiveness does not decrease, but how does the case look like with a delay of 4 hours, however, for several days in a row?

Taking the Atywia tablet 4 hours later than usual, even for several days in a row, does not affect the effectiveness of the therapy. The tablet should be taken every day, at about the same time of day. Therefore, in your case, taking pills at 22 instead of 18 is still taking the drug in the evening - the time of day is preserved, this provides constant contraceptive protection.
