There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. The combination of Escitil and Sirdalud in therapy increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). The simultaneous use of Escitil and Roticox increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Escitil affects the deterioration of platelet aggregation by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, an important element of the coagulation process. These are selected examples of possible complications of treatment with these drugs, requiring appropriate precautions to be taken during treatment. The leaflet of the drugs gives only a statistical probability of the appearance of a given side effect, but does not allow to determine whether a person will have a specific effect.
