Which tablets are better - Slinda or Microgynon 21?

Hello, today the doctor prescribed me new Slinde tablets, now I still take Microgynon. I wonder what pills are better whether Micogynon (I have been taking over 11 years) or Slinda? Another I have a dilemma whether when changing tablets my weight will not go up? Can side effects, e.g. acne, also occur in me?
