Can I take 2 less Vines tablets?

Hello, if I take Vines tablets in the 24+4 regimen and I would like to get bleeding from withdrawal earlier, can I take 22-23 active tablets and then 4 placebos? Will I be equally protected?

For @Anonim: In the case of mistakenly omission of active tablets in the third or fourth week (days 15-24), if the tablets were taken correctly for the previous 7 days, it is allowed to switch immediately to placebo tablets (except that if one active tablet is omitted, we take one less placebo tablet and move on to a new package). Contraceptive protection is then preserved.

I understand, but I would like to know if skipping the last active tablet and switching to placebo tablets reduces the effectiveness of tablets?

To @Anonim: If you want to change the day of bleeding to a different day of the week than before, it is recommended to shorten the time of using placebo tablets by any number of days or skip them altogether. The fewer placebo tablets you take, the more likely you are to have no withdrawal bleeding in this cycle and you may experience mid-cycle bleeding or spotting while taking the tablets from the next pack. Another procedure is recommended in the case of mistakenly omission of active tablets in the third or fourth week (days 15-24) - then, if for the previous 7 days the tablets were taken correctly, it is allowed to switch immediately to placebo tablets (except that if e.g. one active tablet was omitted, we take one less placebo tablet and move to a new package). Contraceptive protection is preserved. I attach the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka

In earlier responses on the forum it was written that if we took an additional pill due to vomiting, which meant that the last tablet was missing, you can go to the placebo break and protection will be preserved. What does it look like then?

No, you should not do that. Why do you want to shorten the cycle of active tablets? They are not without reason in the amount of 24 pieces - this is the scheme of treatment and should be strictly followed, regardless of when bleeding occurs. Taking 1-2 pills reduces contraceptive protection less, so please do not proceed in this way but take the dose according to the schedule.
