If I took the last tablet of Escitil and Zyrtec on Monday, can I take Skpexa safely from Friday?

Good morning, the orthopedist prescribed me skudexe for shoulder pain, in addition to this there was a blockage, in the leaflet I read that you should not take this drug together with others that I take. If on Monday I took the last tablet of Escitil and Zyrtec, can I take Skudexa safely from Friday? Best regards

Any modifications in the therapy of depression or phobia should be introduced after consultation with the attending physician familiar with your state of health in detail. Abrupt withdrawal of Escitil should be avoided. At the end of treatment, the dose should be gradually reduced over a period of at least 1-2 weeks to avoid withdrawal symptoms. The elimination half-life of Escitil after repeated administration is about 30 hours, i.e. after 2-3 days, the drug will be completely removed from the body. Zyrtec does not accumulate in the body to the same extent as Escitil. The half-life of the drug is 10 hours. If you have not experienced withdrawal symptoms of Escitil, you can safely start taking Skudexa on Friday, with a 3-day interval. I also encourage you to inform the attending physician about all the medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
