No, inhalation twice a day with Pulmicort and Berodual has no effect on the contraceptive effectiveness of Microgynon tablets. Inhalation drugs have a local effect and are absorbed into the general circulation to a very small extent, so the possible risk of interaction with drugs taken orally is small.
