Should I be worried if there was no withdrawal bleeding at one time?

Good morning, for 7 months I have been using oral contraception - yasminelle and so far each time in the break there was withdrawal bleeding. This time, however, this did not happen and the tablets were taken regularly without any movements. In addition, we also use mechanical contraception with a partner. Should I worry?

No, you should not worry if you have not experienced withdrawal bleeding once. Please first rule out pregnancy, which may be the main reason for the absence of bleeding. A pregnancy test should be performed on the day of the expected bleeding: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic If you get a negative result, you can normally start another blister. Sometimes it happens that withdrawal bleeding does not occur without any tangible cause. However, if this situation is repeated once again - you should consult a gynecologist. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
