All described preparations are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of a doctor. There are significant interactions between drugs. The concentration of risperidone (Rispolept) increases only under the influence of high doses of sertraline - 150 mg / day (Asertin), which increases the risk of serotonin syndrome. The depressive effect on the central nervous system may also be intensified. If they were prescribed by one doctor, then during their combined use it is necessary to strictly follow the dosage regimen. If the preparations have been prescribed by different doctors, then it should be consulted whether it is advisable to take these drugs at the same time.
