Thank you unfortunately after an hour after taking the pill again appeared vomiting - do you take another pill? Is it just to keep 7 days of additional protection?

Yes, protection is preserved. Efficacy could be reduced if vomiting occurred within 3-4 hours of taking the contraceptive pill.
