Are night awakenings normal after taking Trittico CR?

Hi for two months I have been taking pregabaline 75 mg and asertin 50 (According to the doctor asertin worked badly on me because I had side effects so I have to stop and reduce the dose of half a tablet for two weeks) yesterday he prescribed me triticco because I have a little trouble sleeping, yesterday I took 1/3 tablet according to the doctor's recommendations then I have to increase the dose but every 2-3 hours I woke up and fell asleep again whether it is normal or so it will be continuously, will it pass?

Like Asertin, Trittico CR takes time to start working properly and, as with Asertin, the first 2 weeks of taking may be associated with various side effects, such as nocturnal awakenings. After about 2-3 weeks of taking the drug, the situation should stabilize. Please observe your body, and in case of disturbing events, consult a doctor.
