If I started taking Seronil again, would I be able to take something for a Mirtor-type sleep?

For neurosis manifested by constant pressure on the throat, I got seronil 20 mg from the doctor. the symptoms subsided but after seronil I could not sleep I took it for 4 weeks and because of insomnia I stopped. Unfortunately, no other drugs have brought improvement. If I started taking seronil again, could I take something for myrrh sleep?

Mirtor is not a medicine intended for emergency use, e.g. in case of sleep problems. It can only be used after consulting a doctor. You should also discuss re-treatment with Seronil with your psychiatrist. There is a very significant interaction between Mirtor and Seronil. This combination can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain. This threatens the occurrence of serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. Some of its symptoms are fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhea, (uncontrollable) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness.
