There are significant interactions between the drugs mentioned in the question. They can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other drugs the patient is already taking. This combination of drugs increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). The combination of Arketis and Trittco increases the risk of serotonin syndrome, which is manifested m.in by confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhoea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. It is difficult to assess the correctness of therapy without knowing your medical records. However, taking into account the fact of diarrhea, which may indicate the occurrence of serotonin syndrome and may aggravate the risk of arrhythmia, I encourage you to immediately consult your doctor familiar with your health condition in detail.
