If I started taking Atyvia on the second day of menstruation, should I take two pills at once?

Hello, I bought contraceptive pills atywia. First packaging. For independent reasons, I could not take the first tablet on the first day of menstruation, I took it on the second day. Do I have to cut twice? (i.e. for the first day and the second) or continue normally? (i.e. the second tablet on the third day of menstruation) And what does the security look like?

To @Agata: If you start taking the contraceptive pill on day 4 of the cycle, you should normally take all the pills in the package, starting with the first one.

Good morning, if I take the tablet on the 4th day of the cycle, do I skip the first 3 tablets from the blister, or do I shorten the time of taking placebo to be fully protected? It is about the 21+7 method

According to the documentation of the drug Atywa: "Taking the tablets should be started on the 1st day of the natural menstrual cycle (i.e. on the first day of menstrual bleeding). Taking tablets can also be started between the 2nd and 5th day of the menstrual cycle; in this case, during the first cycle, for the first 7 days of taking the tablets, it is recommended to use additional mechanical contraception." If you took the first tablet on the second day of menstruation, then there is no need to take a "double dose" - you should continue taking the drug every day for one tablet at a fixed time. However, the protection will not be immediate - for the next week you should additionally protect yourself against pregnancy, for example with a condom.
