Hello, the gynecologist prescribed me Vibin mini contraceptive pills. I do not fully understand how the omission works, I set a fixed time at 17.00. Does this mean that I can take the pill earlier so as not to forget? Or at 5 pm every day because then 24 hours pass, and what if I took 26 hours from the previous one? So at 7 p.m.? It happened and I took it at 7 p.m. it was the third week of taking. Can I be pregnant if I had sex that day and had 2 hours with a pill?

First of all, I would like to point out that Vibin mini tablets should be taken every day, at about the same time of day. That is, if you have set the time at 17 - you can take, say, the drug between 15-19 (+/- 2 hours each way). Doing so will be the most correct. Of course, it may happen that one time you take a tablet instead of 5 p.m. at 24 (i.e. 6 hours later than usual) - then the protection will also be maintained. If such situations, i.e. taking a tablet +/- 6 hours from the usual time, are repeated, you may experience, for example, spotting or unexpected bleeding, but the protection will still be maintained. The omission means that, for example, today on Tuesday you would forget to take the pills now at 5 p.m., and you would take it only tomorrow after 7 am - then more than 12 hours would pass from the time when you usually take the tablet = protection would be reduced. If anything else is unclear to you on this point, please ask.
