To @Piotr: Ejaculation disorders due to the use of Hydroxyzine have not been recorded in the documentation of the drug, but not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of such disorders, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. The summary of product characteristics states that animal studies have shown reproductive toxicity of hydroxyzine. However, there is no information that the preparation and the active substance contained in it reduce libido in patients or impair the ability to engage in sexual activity. However, it is not excluded that in your case there was such a reaction to the drug. If you noticed such an effect of the preparation - please consult the case with the attending physician.
