Can coaxi with Vibin mini tablets cause spotting?

Good morning, yesterday I started taking Coaxil taking more than 2 years of Vibin tablets. Today I got brown spotting. Could this drug have lowered the effectiveness of birth control pills? I admit that yesterday I was very stressed and my stomach hurt because I was afraid of the effectiveness of the pills.

Może Pani normalnie zrobić 7-dniową przerwę. Tabletki antykoncepcyjne należy stosować tak jak dotychczas, bez względu na pojawienie się plamienia.
