Can COVID-19 patients use Ibuprom Bay and Theraflu?

Hello, if my boyfriend is sick with covid and his body temperature for about 4 days remains at a level quite high or 39-40 degrees, but the doctor said two days ago that the lungs are clean and you should lie down this is my question. Can I give him alternate Theraflu Extra Grip every 4-6 hours with Ibuprom bay ? Best regards

Nie wspomina Pani w treści pytania o tym, czy poza gorączką, u chorego występują inne objawy, takie jak katar. Jeśli nie, nie jest zalecane podawanie złożonych leków łagodzących objawy przeziębienia (np. Theraflu, ibuprom Zatoki), zawierających poza paracetamolem i ibuprofenem substancje obkurczające błonę śluzową nosa, udrażniających nos (feniramina, fenylefryna, pseudoefedryna).

Zgodnie z wytycznymi, należy podawać leki przeciwgorączkowe - paracetamol, ibuprofen co 6-8 godzin i dbać o prawidłowe nawodnienie organizmu.
