If I missed a pill from the first row and I don't have withdrawal bleeding, can I be pregnant?

I have a question About 2 weeks ago I forgot to take an active vines tablet from the first row of the blister. I took it as soon as I realized it, but about 24 hours passed and I accepted both paintings. During these 24 hours there was intercourse. Now I take a placebo and today I take 4 tablets and there is no bleeding. Is it possible that I got pregnant?
