Will weight gain after birth control pills normalize?

Good morning, I took Ativia Daily during the year I gained about 6 kg. Now after 2 months of using Drovelis an additional 4 kg. Will it normalize? Should I look for other pills to return to normal weight? Are there others that do not cause weight gain?

Podczas stosowania tabletek Atywia Daily niezbyt często (rzadziej niż u 1 na 100 osób) jako działanie niepożądane mogą wystąpić zmiany masy ciała (w tym zwiększenie, zmniejszenie i wahania masy ciała). Podczas stosowania tabletek Drovelis często (u nie więcej niż 1 na 10 osób) mogą wystąpić wahania masy ciała.

Wzrost masy ciała może być skutkiem ubocznym tabletek antykoncepcyjnych. Jednak bezpośrednią przyczyną jest dodatni bilans energetyczny, czyli przyjmowanie większej ilości kalorii, niż organizm spala. Warto zastanowić się, jak to wygląda w Pani przypadku i czy nie zmieniła Pani stylu życia w kierunku sprzyjającym tyciu. Jeśli dieta i aktywność fizyczna nie są prawidłowe, to zmiana preparatu najprawdopodobniej nie pomoże.
