Według aktualnego piśmiennictwa medycznego nie powinno dochodzić do żadnych szkodliwych dla zdrowia czy działania leków interakcji pomiędzy wspomnianymi preparatami.
Często bywa tak, że do opanowania nadciśnienia tętniczego nie wystarczy jeden preparat. Wówczas do terapii wprowadza się kilka różnych leków.
Wybór leku/leków zależy od indywidualnego profilu danego pacjenta – od tego ile ma lat, na jakie inne choroby choruje, jakie jest u niego ryzyko groźnych powikłań nadciśnienia.
