Can I change my Atywia Daily tablets to different ones after 3 months? Can frequent changes to birth control pills lead to fertility problems?

Hi, I have a problem with which I have been struggling for over half a year. First sotosowslam contraceptive pills vines but after them I had bleeding so I changed them to naraya plus after them there were also bleeding but much less but terribly my head hurts with them (migraines every few days) now I use Dailly activation and after them I do not really have headaches or strong spots but there were secretions something like 2 weeks before the period such white. I'm the one who has them for a whole month. I have to wear a hygienic insert and replace it every few hours. Is this a sign that I should change my tablets? It's really cumbersome.
