What should I do if I don't have withdrawal bleeding again?

I have anti-cceptive tablets for over 2 years. Next month I did not have tailoring only an hour's blood rush and then spotting but it was for a max of 2 hours and clean. I died of the stress I had. 3 weeks ago I did a test came out negative. Yesterday I did again and the same negative. Currently I am in a break today 3 day and bleeding is still missing, my stomach hurts as for the period and nothing can be seen. ;/ I don't know what to do
