Could Grapefruit and energy gel have interfered with the contraceptive pills?

Hello! PLEASE ANSWER If I took a tablet at 14.00 and at 19 I ate grapefruit and in the meantime an energy gel ( closer to the time of taking the tablet) do the tablets work? Gel composition: % maltodextrin, water, 15% fructose, sodium citrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, glucuronolactone, beta-alanine, acidity regulator: tartaric acid, sodium chloride, cola flavored emulsion (aroma, dye: E 150d), choline chloride, caffeine, preservatives: sodium benzoate and sorbic acid, nicotinic amide, sweetener: steviol glycosides. Tak, tabletki działają. Zjedzenie grejpfruta oraz żelu energetycznego o wspomnianym składzie nie będzie miało negatywnego wpływu na skuteczność antykoncepcji hormonalnej. W miarę możliwości proszę jednak nigdy nie popijać tabletek sokiem z grejpfruta, najlepiej w tym celu stosować wodę.
