Is it possible to skip placebo tablets while using oral contraception?
Good morning I take VINES tablets (24+4) Since yesterday I have a period, the first placebo I took on Sundays. I only started my adventure with anti tablets. As of today I should have been given two placebo pills however I forgot to take the old blister, I'm away and I have a new blister What should I do? Option 1: take the first tablet today with the new blister Option 2: do not take anything today and tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow start a new blister? And in any case, can the effectiveness of contraception be reduced? Thanks in advance for adding a post and replying.

Z racji tego, że tabletki placebo nie zawierają substancji czynnych, ich pominięcie w żaden sposób nie wpłynie na skuteczność antykoncepcji. Proszę więc dziś i jutro pominąć tabletki placebo, następnie w czwartek należy przyjąć pierwszą tabletkę czynną z nowego blistra. Stosując taki schemat postępowania, skuteczność antykoncepcji nie ulegnie osłabieniu.
