I have been taking birth control pills for two months now and take them at 21. When I'm on vacation, should I take the tablets according to the time on the island or according to Polish time?
Good morning, in September I go on vacation to the island of Zakynthos where it is +1 hour to Polish time. I have been taking birth control pills for two months now and take them at 21. Whether while on vacation tablets I have to take according to the time on the island or according to Polish time (that is, just at 21 Polish time and at 22 Greek time)

Jeśli teraz stosuje Pani tabletki antykoncepcyjne zgodnie z polskim czasem, to moim zdaniem warto tego się trzymać również na wakacjach.
