Can I use a probiotic for diarrhea with Metronidazole and carbon?

The doctor prescribed me Metronidozal 500 and carbon for diarrhea or for these drugs I should use a probiotic. And do I need to keep between doses of 8 hours I have to take 3x1

Podczas leczenia biegunki warto wdrożyć probiotyk, aby odbudować florę bakteryjną i przyspieszy powrót do zdrowia.
Stosując węgiel należy pamiętać, iż ze względu na właściwości adsorpcyjne preparat ten może wpływać na szybkość i/lub stopień wchłaniania, dlatego należy unikać jednoczesnego stosowania go z innymi lekami. Zaleca się, aby inne leki podawać 2 godziny przed podaniem węgla aktywowanego lub 2 godziny po jego podaniu.

Jeśli lekarz zalecił przyjmowanie Metronidazolu 3x1 - należy zachować ok. 8 godzinny odstęp między kolejnymi dawkami leku.
